Price your coffee cart event

Here's how I price my own cart for weddings, corporate mornings and pop-ups. Enter the event and you'll get the package, the line items and the deposit — the same way I'd quote it.

Packages

• Essential — $895: up to 75 guests, 2 hours included. Espresso and matcha menu. One barista. Cart, setup and breakdown.
• Signature — $1,295: up to 125 guests, 3 hours included. Espresso, matcha and a seasonal drink. One barista. Cart, setup and breakdown.
• Premium — $1,695: up to 200 guests, 3 hours included. Full menu, including a signature drink for the event. One barista. Cart, setup and breakdown.

Add-ons

• Extra hour — $200 per hour beyond the package.
• Second barista — $150.
• Branded cups — $150 for 100, $200 for 200, $250 for 300; the run follows your guest count.

A 50% deposit books the date. Over 200 guests is quoted by hand.

These are the prices I charge in LA and SoCal in 2026. Yours will differ with your market, your travel and your costs — treat this as a starting point, not a quote. Nothing here is billed or saved; the maths happens in your browser.
