How do I get access?
We're opening with a founding group of ten cart owners, onboarded one at a time so we can sit with each of them. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when your spot comes up — you'll start on the Free plan with no monthly subscription. Booking transaction fees and Square processing fees apply.
How long is the wait?
It depends where you land in the queue — we take on the founding ten first, then open up in small batches. You'll get your position when you join, and an email the day your invite is ready. No card, no commitment while you wait.
How long does setup take?
Once you’re in, most owners are taking orders within about 15 minutes: add your business info, connect Square, and you’re live. The wait is for a spot, not for the setup.
I run a one-person cart — isn't this overkill?
No — the Free plan is built for solo owners: one location, up to two team members, and every core booking and payment tool. Upgrade only when you actually need more locations, team seats, or reporting.
Do I need any hardware?
No. MorningStorm runs on the phone or tablet you already have. Customers order from their own phones via your QR code.
Do I have to give up my Square account?
No — MorningStorm connects to your existing Square account. You keep using Square for in-person card taps; we handle bookings, ordering, and your dashboard on top of it.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed by Square, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. MorningStorm never sees or stores raw card numbers.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and protected by row-level access controls, and all card payments are handled directly by Square — we never see or store full card numbers.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on your next invoice, and cancellations stay active until the period ends.
Do you handle sales tax?
Yes. Tax is calculated per order and rolled into CDTFA-ready quarterly reports, with per-event rates for cross-county gigs.
Can I use my own domain?
Every store gets a free yourcart.morningstorm.co address. Custom domains are available on higher plans.
